I support individual leaders and leadership teams in building the clarity, confidence, and behaviours needed to lead effectively in complex, fast-moving environments.

 

Through a mix of 1-to-1 coaching and team coaching, I help leaders:

  • Grow their self-awareness and lead with intention and presence.

  • Strengthen communication and decision-making, especially under pressure.

  • Align leadership behaviours with strategy and values, turning intent into impact.

  • Develop shared leadership practices within teams to foster trust, accountability, and collaboration.

  • Navigate interpersonal and systemic challenges that affect performance and cohesion.

 

Whether working with one executive or a full leadership team, I use the ISERVE Leadership Coaching Framework™— which is based on the mechanism of human potential and which supports clients in observing their patterns of thought; further on this allows them to set a clear intention about who they want to be, articulate a vision and develop actionable plans.

This service offers a structured, in-depth evaluation of finalist candidates for senior and executive roles, going beyond CVs and interviews. Through a tailored assessment process, I provide hiring stakeholders with a comprehensive candidate profile that includes:
