About the event

This workshop will equip participants with practical tools to handle high-stakes conversations, reduce misunderstandings, and build stronger, trust-based relationships within their teams.

This workshop is designed for anyone in a leadership role, regardless of formal authority, including:

  • Team Leaders and Supervisors

  • Project and Program Managers

  • HR Professionals

  • Middle and Senior Managers

  • Functional Experts in people-facing roles

Programme design

The workshop is delivered over two consecutive weeks, with two half-day modules per week.

This rhythm keeps the learning experience focused and manageable, while allowing sufficient time between sessions for reflection, practice in real workplace conversations, and integration of new skills.

Feedback and tough conversations are skills best developed through practice, reflection, and iteration. The spaced format allows participants to apply the tools in real workplace conversations between sessions, reflect on outcomes, and return with concrete questions and insights. This approach significantly increases transfer into day-to-day leadership practice compared to intensive multi-day formats.

Across the programme, participants work with structured frameworks, practise through role-plays and simulations, and receive feedback in a supportive learning environment. The focus is not only on understanding models, but on building the confidence and capability needed to handle feedback and difficult conversations effectively.

CPD Strandards Office accreditation

This workshop is CPD Standards Office accredited and carries 14 CPD hours, recognising the structured learning design, practical application, and professional relevance of the programme.

Participants receive a CPD certificate upon completion.

"For me, this was one of the most useful and practical workshops I have attended. The surprise element was that, although it was an online workshop, participant engagement was extremely high throughout both days. A half-day follow-up workshop a few months later would be very useful. Thank you for the experience — I recommend it 200% :)"

"The workshop was exceptionally practical and valuable. I appreciated the fact that it went beyond the usual steps and standard frameworks for giving feedback and managing difficult conversations, and instead explored in depth the factors that influence assertive communication, as well as how conflicts arise and develop. It highlighted that human interactions are not purely procedural, but are shaped by emotions, perceptions, and context. I am truly delighted to have had the opportunity to participate in this experience, as it was realistic and immediately applicable in everyday situations."
