About the event

In today’s work environment, CVs tell only part of the story. True candidate potential lies beyond the résumé — in mindset, behaviours, values, and the subtle cues that reveal alignment (or misalignment) with a role and organisational culture.

This hands-on workshop is designed to sharpen your ability to:

  • Spot behavioural indicators of job fit during interviews

  • Read between the lines — what’s said, and what’s not

  • Evaluate candidates through the lens of values, adaptability, and team dynamics

  • Recognise personal biases and preferences, and manage their impact on interview decisions

  • Ask better, more revealing questions

  • Move from checklist hiring to human-centred selection

  • Identify how to shape the induction programme to ensure optimum integration from day one

Through interactive sessions, case studies, and practical tools, you’ll leave with a clearer eye for talent — and a stronger ability to match people with the roles where they’ll truly thrive.

Because great hiring isn’t just about who looks good on paper — it’s about who will succeed in your context.

"For me, this was one of the most useful and practical workshops I have attended. The surprise element was that, although it was an online workshop, participant engagement was extremely high throughout both days. A half-day follow-up workshop a few months later would be very useful. Thank you for the experience — I recommend it 200% :)"

"The workshop was exceptionally practical and valuable. I appreciated the fact that it went beyond the usual steps and standard frameworks for giving feedback and managing difficult conversations, and instead explored in depth the factors that influence assertive communication, as well as how conflicts arise and develop. It highlighted that human interactions are not purely procedural, but are shaped by emotions, perceptions, and context. I am truly delighted to have had the opportunity to participate in this experience, as it was realistic and immediately applicable in everyday situations."

“Practical, well-structured, and immediately applicable to real conversations at work."
