It is said that leadership is about inspiring the others … and yet we communicate objectives and decisions, set directions and give feedback for improvement, only to discover that the people we work with not only lack the enthusiasm to pursue what we expect of them, but often are putting in only marginal efforts or even refrain from acting. Stemming from two hypotheses: – Leadership is a state of being and – We communicate not what we would like to, not what we know, but who we are This workshop will equip participants with practical tools to handle high-stakes conversations, reduce misunderstandings, and build stronger, trust-based relationships within their teams.
