About
We often assume that teamwork “just works”—that putting smart, capable people together and giving them objectives will naturally lead to great results. But in reality, teams don’t run on autopilot. We’re different in how we think, decide, communicate, and lead. These differences, if unmanaged, can cause friction. But when understood and aligned, they become powerful sources of synergy. This workshop creates the space to explore what makes teams truly effective—and how to intentionally shape the way we work together to achieve results. "Team Synergy" is a practical, hands-on experience where participants take part in a dynamic group challenge that reveals how teams behave under pressure. Through structured reflection and interactive learning, participants uncover the core processes that drive team performance and learn how to apply them in their own work environments. By the end of the workshop, participants will: · Understand how team processes impact results—positively or negatively. · Recognize how individual roles, communication styles, and assumptions affect team performance. · Learn how to facilitate alignment and trust in diverse teams. · Be able to create conditions for synergy: shared goals, clear roles, active participation, and constructive conflict. · Build an action plan to strengthen collaboration in their own team or project group.
